DIY Marketing Instructions: Brandable Campaigns

Each campaign includes the following resources:

  • Article or Blog Post: A copy of the NicheAlert text with minimal formatting. Combining the content with the appropriate Data Tables and/or Figures creates a complete article or blog post.
  • Personal Email: A short version of the NicheAlert suitable for sharing in a personal email as a conversation starter.
  • Data Tables Images: A pre-formatted image of any Data Tables used in the NicheAlert. Use this file to “drag and drop” into a blog post or article.
  • Figures Images: A pre-formatted image of any Figures used in the NicheAlert. Use this file to “drag and drop” into a blog post or article.
  • Distributable PDF: To share directly with your clients.
  • LinkedIn Post: A brief description of the NicheAlert for use on LinkedIn, formatted for proper length and including suggested tags.

Article or Blog Post

This content resource is the building block of a newsletter article, short-form white paper, or blog post. This text has minimal formatting applied and includes the corresponding Data Tables and Figures. Copy the content into your content management system or website editing platform and deploy!

Personal Email

As much as we all rely on email marketing as part of our effort to engage current and prospective advisors, sometimes a personal email is more effective. Copy and paste this email into Outlook or any other email app, edit it to make it sound a bit more like you, and press send!

Data Tables and Figures

These are pre-formatted images of data tables and figures. To use these files, download them and then “drag and drop” them into a blog post or article. You can also click the link, right-click the image when it saves to your computer, and copy it.

Distributable PDF

Pushed for time? Grab this Distributable PDF to put a campaign in the hands of a client as quickly as possible. These are unbranded and require no additional formatting or designing. Just simply put your name, phone number, email, and anything else you see fit under “Contact Your Advisor” so your client can reach out to you with any questions.

LinkedIn Post

The LinkedIn resource includes a campaign “teaser” formatted for posting to LinkedIn, including both the proper character count and suggested tags. Not sure how to post to LinkedIn? Follow the steps below to post to your personal or business account.
